We believe in complete transparency when it comes to costs. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees or additional charges lurking in the shadows. Every aspect of pricing will be discussed and agreed upon upfront, ensuring clarity and peace of mind. The only possible extra costs would arise from extending the event time, which would be communicated and mutually agreed upon with full transparency at the time of extension. The overage rate for extending the event will be openly discussed and established during the contract signing process, so there are no unexpected surprises. Our commitment to open communication and integrity means that you can trust us to provide a seamless and upfront pricing experience.
How do you handle backup equipment and contingency plans in case of emergencies?
We prioritize the safety of your precious memories. To guarantee that no moment is missed, I shoot redundantly using two SD cards simultaneously during your event. This provides an immediate backup in case of any unforeseen technical issues. Once the shoot is complete, I take extra precautions by backing up your images on three separate storage devices as well as secure cloud storage. This multi-tiered backup strategy ensures that your photos are safely stored and protected. You can trust that your memories are in good hands, with comprehensive backup measures in place to safeguard against any emergencies or data loss.
